Guests at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar can indulge in a nawabi experience that showcases the classical grandeur of Awadhi cuisine. Asif Qureshi, Indian specialty chef has curated the ‘BarQat Brunch in a Box’, which will be delivered via Marriott Bonvoy On Wheels on 27th March, 2022.
Made with careful attention to detail and delivered with care, the menu showcases an elaborate journey of authentic spices, flavors, ancestral recipes and traditional cooking techniques of the regal kitchens of erstwhile Lucknowi nawabs by specialty Indian chef Asif Qureshi.


Guests can celebrate this sunday with friends and family in the comfort of their homes as they indulge in a fare of signature Indian delicacies with the vegetarian and non-vegetarian brunch box delivered to their doorstep. The vegetarian box consists of sarson broccoli (broccoli spiced with yogurt-based marinade and kasundi, cream cheese), dahi bhalla (soft lentil fritters soaked in creamy yogurt), noor mahal biryani (long grain basmati rice cooked with cottage cheese and vegetable), rahra beet paneer (paneer cooked with beetroot, cream and Indian spices) amongst others.
The Non-vegetarian box consists of lasooni jheenga (tiger prawns infused with garlic and spices grilled to perfection), bhatti ka kalmi (chicken leg marinated in yogurt and awadhi spices cooked in tandoor), chooza makhani (A spicy tomato based curry cooked with quail in a rich creamy sauce) etc. they can end the meal on a sweet note with strawberry ghewar (whipped malai, macerated strawberries, toasted pistachio) .
