B Burger has introduced the American Burger with a variety of patties. The meat is manually plucked and shredded in these products. One of the more popular varieties is the Smashed Patty burger, which has double-patty burgers with caramelized onion and cheddar cheese.
Mikhail Shahani, founder Chef of B Burger claimed, “The first thing that you will notice is the soft, lightly toasted brioche bun with the perfect ratio of patty to bread. The soft melted cheese, caramelized onions and pepper sauce make each patty even more juicer,”Â
B Burger offers a variety of protein options, including Chicken, Lamb, Tenderloin, and Pork and patties like Smash Patty Burgers, Hand Pulled Burgers and Crispy Patty Burgers. They also have a concept called Make Your Own Siders, which are all slow-roasted and shredded meat, and they have a variety of New York-style hotdogs, both pork and chicken options, for parties and other occasions. Onion rings, chicken wings, and truffle fries are their side dishes. Shakes of chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla are added to the menu to complement the entire meal.
The brand currently has seven locations in Mumbai, with three more planned by the end of the month, taking the total number to ten.
