Macau to get its first Conrad

Hilton Worldwide and Sands China, a majority-held subsidiary of Las Vegas Sands Corp have inked a franchise agreement.

The 636 room Conrad Macao marks the debut of the Conrad brand in Macau. Located on the Cotai Strip, it is scheduled to
open in the first quarter of 2012 at Cotai Central.

Hilton Worldwide’s China parfolio already includes Conrad properties in Hong Kong and Sanya Haitang Bay and there are
seven properties in the pipleline.
