Executive Chef Altamsh Patel presents an opportunity for Bangaloreans to wine and dine like the Maharajas as he pays tribute to the little-known cuisine from the Malwa region of Madhya Pradesh at the Sailana Food festival.
This food fest dates back to Raja Dilip Singh of Sailana whose repertoire of compiling 5,000 handwritten recipes from various authentic royal households of India was later published into a book titled ‘Cooking delights of the Maharajas’ by Digvijaya Singh, the former ruler of Sailana.
So come experience the royal cuisine and hospitality with dishes such as Arvi Rogani, Dahi Baigan Shirazi, Mahi be Nazeer, Korma Asafjahi, Lehsun Ki Kheer and much more at the 10 day-long festival starting from 25th November
