New F&B Director for Renaissance Mumbai

Manish Garg has recently assumed the position as the Director of Food & Beverage at Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel & Lakeside Chalet, Mumbai – Marriott Executive Apartment.

Manish began his career as a management trainee with Sterling Holiday Resorts and within a span of 18 months was promoted to Assistant Manager- Food & Beverage.

His stint with the Marriott Group of Hotels began in September 2002 at Goa Marriott Resort; post which he moved to Swindon Marriott Hotel and Leicester Marriott Hotel. His latest posting was at Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club, U. K.

Manish holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Hotel Management) from the Australian International Hotel School, Canberra and a diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management in Chennai. He has undergone several comprehensive training and leadership programs offered by Marriott hotels.
