Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, has announced its continued expansion in Louisiana with the opening of the 170-room Wyndham Garden(R) Hotel Baronne Plaza New Orleans.
Located at 201 Baronne Street in the city’s National Historic Lower Central Business District, the new Wyndham(R) hotel, built in 1931, was completely renovated in 2009 and still features the building’s original Art Deco stone and granite facade.
The hotel offers 5,500 square feet of flexible meeting space, including a 3,500-square-foot ballroom ideal for accommodating small groups or large meetings of up to 390 guests.
The new Wyndham hotel joins three Wyndham hotels in New Orleans: the 202-room Wyndham Riverfront New Orleans, the 93-room The Whitney – A Wyndham Hotel and the 251-room Chateau Bourbon, A Wyndham Hotel.
