Abhay Singh’s extreme passion for enhancing customer experiences and his consistent efforts for achieving operational excellence with his team has led him to his new role at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park. As the director of operations, Singh will be heading and managing the hotel operations and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
Talking about his appointment, Singh said, “I am elated to be part of the team at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park. It feels like coming back home”.
Singh brings with him over ten years of experience in hospitality industry converting strategic vision into measurable results at various hotels. He started his career as a F&B executive with Renaissance Mumbai.
His passion for the hospitality industry has seen him rapidly rise through several positions within the company, with responsibilities spread across a gamut of functions. Throughout his career, he has worked with Marriott International across various luxury properties in India. Prior to joining Westin Pune, he served as the director of food & beverage at Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa and Langkawi International convention center.
