The Good France committee has chosen The Sassy Spoon to participate in its ‘Good France’ project in India for the second time in a row. The Sassy Spoon will host a Special French Week with the Good France with an eight-course at its restaurant. This special a la carte menu will be available from 22nd till 28th March 2016 and will consists of Pate of Orange and Roasted Pumpkin on Sage biscuits, Black Bean and Buttermilk Soup with Parmesan Melba, Carpaccio of Yellow Fin Tuna, Salad Nicoise and Green Apple Sorbet.
This aside, the menu will have Marget of Duck, Duck Leg Confit with Arancini, an assortment of French cheeses with onion marmalade and rhubarb compote. To give a sweet ending to the meal, the dessert will comprise Sable Encrusted Profiterole with Caramel and Chocolate Chantilly filling with Marzipan and Chocolate Disc.
