India’s first permanent ice bar opens

India’s first permanent sub-zero ice bar has launched in Mumbai.

Kept at -6 degrees Celsius year round, 21 Fahrenheit is promoted by three Indian partners of the hospitality firm Hyacinth Lifestyle Vaibhav Tandel, Aalok Purohit and Harshan Dharmadas.

The three collectively managed the Chill Out Ice Bar in Dubai.

The 820 sq. ft. bar can accommodate 45 people and also has a general bar outside. A pan Asian restaurant seating 46 people is directly above with a a live kitchen serving Japanese, Sichuan Chinese and Lucknowi cuisines.
