Sweety Da Swad, curated by Chef Sweety Singh, presents a Punjabi menu at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport from 20 February to 1 March for dinner (7:00 pm–11:00 pm) and on 22 February and 1 March for brunch (1:00 pm–4:00 pm).
The flavours on the table
The menu includes Dilli 6 Aloo Tikki, Lasooni Bekti with sirka pyaaz and Tandoori Bharwan Gucchi, followed by mains such as Makhanwalla Kukkad, Dhaba Wala Palak Kofta and Masala Khumbh with Zaffrani Paratha. Dal-e-Shahi with Truffle Cheese Kulcha features alongside desserts like Mango Panjiri.
