Lemon Tree Hotels signs Heritage Aurika property in Varanasi

Fleur Hotels Limited to develop a 47-room Aurika-branded heritage hotel on the ghats of the Ganges.

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited announces that its material subsidiary, Fleur Hotels Limited, has entered into a License Deed for a Heritage Hotel at Varanasi for a term of 28 years.

Aurika Brand to Debut with Heritage Reconstruction

Pursuant to this agreement, Fleur Hotels Limited will repair and reconstruct a Heritage Hotel comprising approximately 47 rooms, which will be branded as Aurika Varanasi.

Hotel Features and Guest Experience

The upcoming hotel will feature approximately 47 elegant rooms, a restaurant, and other public areas, offering a refined hospitality experience in one of India’s most revered spiritual destinations.

Strengthening Presence in Destination-Led Markets

This signing further strengthens Lemon Tree Hotels’ presence in Uttar Pradesh and reinforces its focus on expanding across leisure and destination-led markets, particularly in culturally significant cities with strong tourism potential.
