Sushma Khichar is Director of Operations at Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield

Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield has appointed Sushma Khichar as Director of Operations. She was earlier at JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort and Spa as director of rooms.
Khichar began her career at The Oberoi, Mumbai as front office assistant before moving to The ITC Grand Maratha and Sheraton Tower, Mumbai as a guest relations executive. Her next stint was at Courtyard by Marriott, Mumbai as assistant front office manager, before moving up to the JW Marriott Chandigarh as front office manager.
During her 12-year career, Khichar has demonstrated hands-on experience in developing procedures, service standards, operational policies coupled with expertise in preparing budgets and cost control measures. She also gained strong expertise in sales, marketing, business operations, front office, manpower planning and management across hospitality industry.
