Sustainability at the core
Sustainability continues to shape Taj Bangalore’s growth narrative. Guided by IHCL’s Paathya framework, the hotel has achieved a 3.9 percent reduction in its carbon footprint. Operating entirely on green energy, the property holds EarthCheck Gold certification and has eliminated single-use plastics. Additional initiatives include an in-house glass bottling plant, six EV charging stations, and energy-efficient infrastructure, reinforcing its commitment to responsible, future-forward hospitality.
