Lemon Tree Hotels announces execution of a Hotel Operation Agreement (HOA) in respect of an upcoming hotel at Tirupati by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. Carnation Hotels Private Limited shall operate the hotel under the brand name “Lemon Tree Suites”, subject to execution of a licence agreement by Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
