PHURR opens in Indiranagar with elevated vegetarian dining and bold, expressive design

The city’s houseful-favorite from Jayanagar spreads its wings with a vibrant second outpost.

Some restaurants open quietly. PHURR doesn’t. It enters Indiranagar with the same presence that defined its start in Jayanagar. After establishing itself as a consistently busy spot in its original location, PHURR – Elevated Vegetarian Cuisine has opened a second outpost in Indiranagar, bringing its familiar design approach, mocktail program, and vegetarian menu.

The new space continues the brand’s core idea of creating an environment that is visually expressive yet comfortable, offering a dining setting aligned with its original identity.

A space designed to make you feel something

The Indiranagar location builds on PHURR’s original design language—visually expressive, playful, and art-focused. It’s a space where details stand out, often revealing something new on a second glance.

Like Jayanagar, the interiors maintain the brand’s warm, maximalist aesthetic, balancing bold elements with a thoughtful layout. It’s designed to be visually engaging, with an emphasis on presentation that naturally draws the eye.

Vegetarian food, elevated; without losing its soul

PHURR’s Indiranagar menu continues the approach introduced in Jayanagar, offering vegetarian dishes that are flavour-forward and thoughtfully assembled. Returning dishes include:
● Tender Coconut Fritters
● Andhra Chilli Broccoli with Pesto Hummus
● Vegetable Kofta with Banarasi Pukhtan Curry
● Bhindi 2 Way
● Phurrrrr (Lucknow Malaiyo)

The new outpost also introduces:
● Finger Millet Nihari

A bar that doesn’t need alcohol to impress

PHURR’s mocktail-only bar returns at the Indiranagar outpost, featuring familiar signatures such as:
● Humming Berry
● Penguin Potion
● Citrus Hermit
● Jack Sparrow 2.0
