Foodlink receives SEBI approval for ₹160 crore IPO

Foodlink F&B Holdings (India) Limited (“Foodlink”) has received final observations from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its Initial Public Offering (IPO).

IPO structure and utilisation of proceeds

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹160 crore and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of up to 11,953,535 equity shares by existing shareholders, including promoter and investor selling shareholders.

The net proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilized for:

  • repayment or prepayment of borrowings
  • capital expenditure for expansion of restaurants and catering services
  • general corporate purposes
