Rajani joins Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring Road, from Four Points by Sheraton, Bengaluru, where she most recently served as Human Resources Manager. In this role, she played a pivotal part in strengthening HR operations, implementing employee-centric programs, and driving organizational effectiveness.

Kickstarting her HR career at Manipal Hospitals, Rajani later transitioned to the hospitality sector with Berggruen Hotels, where she advanced to Team Leader – Human Resources, overseeing recruitment, compliance, payroll, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives.
