The lead development partners of Wynn Al Marjan Island, which is under construction in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE — Wynn Resorts, Limited (WYNN) and Marjan LLC — have announced their second joint venture on Al Marjan Island: Janu Al Marjan Island. The resort, developed and operated by Aman Group, will be managed by the pioneering hospitality group and is set to open in late 2028.

The 132-room Janu Al Marjan Island will feature panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. True to Janu’s spirit, the resort will include a Janu Wellness center with a yoga studio, gym, banya, and hammam. Guests can also enjoy a Mixology Bar, two specialty restaurants, a nightlife venue, and a Kids’ Club. The property will feature a private beach, Beach Club, and pool, offering seamless access to the water.

Adjacent to the hotel, a residential tower will host Janu Residences, featuring one- to five-bedroom units and a limited selection of standalone villas, designed for discerning homeowners seeking soulful luxury by the sea.
Wynn Al Marjan Island — a benchmark for integrated luxury
Set to open in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, located just 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
