Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels Limited, is a seasoned hospitality leader whose career is deeply intertwined with the growth and success of ITC Hotels. Appointed to the role in January 2025, Chadha brings over three decades of experience, marked by operational excellence, visionary leadership, and a deep commitment to learning and innovation.
An alumnus of the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration (WGSHA), Manipal, Chadha began his journey with ITC Limited in 1992. Over the years, he has held key leadership roles, including Divisional Chief Executive of the erstwhile Hotels business in 2021, and Chief Operating Officer from December 2019.
A Distinguished Career Across Iconic Properties
Chadha has spent nearly his entire professional life with ITC Hotels, heading flagship properties in New Delhi, Agra, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Chennai. He also served as Area Manager – Southern Region, and later as Vice President (South) in 2017. His elevation to Vice President – Operations in 2019 marked another milestone in his leadership journey, overseeing the brand’s operations across India.

A respected voice in Indian hospitality, Chadha is a member of the Executive Committee of the Hotel Association of India and the CII National Committee on Tourism and Hospitality. His outstanding contributions have earned him several prestigious accolades, including the ‘Distinguished ITC Chairman Alumni Award 2022’ by WGSHA, Best CEO 2022 by WE Global Employees Choice Award and many others.
