In her new role, Lovely will oversee the Rooms Division operations, ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency while fostering Marriott’s commitment to hospitality excellence in the region.

Lovely brings with her over ten years of rich experience across renowned hospitality brands including Marriott International and Hyatt Regency. Her career journey reflects a consistent track record of leadership, innovation, and a deep passion for guest-centric service.
Previous roles and accolades
Prior to joining Courtyard by Marriott Ranchi, Lovely served as Front Office Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Amritsar, where she led the Rooms Division to achieve outstanding results in guest satisfaction and team engagement.
Her previous leadership roles include Front Office Manager at Hyatt Regency Thrissur, Deputy Front Office Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Jaipur, and managerial positions at JW Marriott Pune, Le Méridien Kochi, and Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar and Kochi Marriott.
Education and leadership style
A natural at handling diverse front office tasks, Lovely’s strong sense of responsibility and efficient team management continue to be assets she brings to her new role. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu, she has a genuine love for interacting with people and a keen interest in exploring various cultures and traditions.
A graduate in Hotel Management from Mahamaya Technical University, Noida, Lovely also holds a Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality, and Tourism from Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training. She is known for her dynamic leadership, operational acumen, and commitment to mentoring young hospitality professionals.
