The Golden Tusk, a family Holiday retreat on the edge of Jim Corbett National Park, has announced the expansion of its dining portfolio with the revamp of its signature all-day dining, buffet + à la carte restaurant, “The Golden Forest”.

Offering breathtaking vistas of Corbett National Park from both the indoor dining area and open-air deck, the expanded 350 sq ft Golden Forest now features live Indian street food and a dedicated Kumaoni corner. Guests can savour local delights like Aloo Gutke, Bhatt ki Churkani, Kaapa, Bhang ki Chutney, and Jhangore ki Kheer, alongside a curated multicuisine spread of Indian, Oriental, and Continental fare.

A celebration of local culture and culinary storytelling

Speaking on the expansion, Anirudh Lakhotia, Director, Ivory Destinations, said, “With the revamped Golden Forest, we wanted to go beyond dining and create spaces that cater to diverse guest preferences and celebrate local culture and ingredients that embody the local Kumaoni spirit of Corbett. Guests can now enjoy not only great food but also the ambience and storytelling of the forest in every meal.”

Design inspired by the wilderness

The Golden Forest, a beloved guest favourite, has been redesigned with expanded seating, soaring ceilings, and forest-inspired décor reflecting Corbett’s wilderness. Guests can enjoy exceptional spreads for breakfast, lunch, and dinner while taking in panoramic views, making the restaurant a seamless blend of cuisine and nature.

A variety of dining experiences

Guests can enjoy live cooking stations, chef’s specials made with seasonal produce, and menus celebrating both Indian and global flavours. The Golden Tusk also offers distinctive dining concepts such as The Jungle Grill, Water Dining, The Gin Tree, and private venues for intimate meals.
