Echor Hotels announced its expansion in Uttarakhand with the launch of two new properties – Echor The Corbett Nishk in Jim Corbett and Echor Malusara Lakeview Retreat in Bhimtal.
The announcement follows the successful debut of Echor Baris Resort, Mussoorie in November 2024, which set new benchmarks for experiential and personalized stays in the region. With this expansion, Echor continues its mission to curate thoughtfully designed boutique hotels across India’s most sought-after destinations.
Echor The Corbett Nishk, Jim Corbett – luxury meets nature
Set amidst the lush wilderness of Jim Corbett, Echor The Corbett Nishk features 56 luxury rooms, expansive lawns, and sophisticated banqueting spaces. Located just 10–15 minutes from Jim Corbett National Park, the resort is designed for destination weddings, corporate offsites, and social gatherings, blending serenity with modern elegance.
Echor Malusara Lakeview Retreat, Bhimtal – a boutique escape by the lake
Overlooking Bhimtal Lake, Echor Malusara Lakeview Retreat combines European charm with contemporary comfort. Its lake-facing rooms, elegant interiors, and serene ambiance make it ideal for families, couples, and travelers seeking peace and connection with nature. The retreat is near the iconic Kainchi Dham Temple, a renowned spiritual destination.
Strengthening Uttarakhand presence
With these openings, Echor Hotels strengthens its presence in Uttarakhand’s premium hospitality market, with plans to expand further into Nainital, Rishikesh, Dehradun, Mukteshwar, Ranikhet, and other emerging destinations – by the end of 2027.
Manoj Sihag, Founder & Director of Echor Hotels, said: “Both properties reflect our vision of creating experiential stays that celebrate nature and culture while offering heartfelt hospitality. Our journey in Uttarakhand has only begun — we’re creating spaces where travellers can connect with the spirit of the Himalayas through design, comfort, and sustainability.”
