ALL Accor brought members together for an exclusive culinary experience at Novotel Mumbai International Airport, hosting a hands-on baking workshop led by celebrated baker, author, and digital creator, Shivesh Bhatia.
The interactive session offered members of ALL Accor and guests the opportunity to learn directly from Shivesh, whose modern approach to home baking blends creativity with simplicity. Participants explored techniques, flavours, and recipes under his guidance, while also discovering his personal tips and tricks that make baking both accessible and elegant.
Curated high tea and community connection
The workshop concluded with a curated high tea, where attendees enjoyed a spread of delicacies that complemented the baking experience, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere for members to connect and savour the afternoon together.
