The Claridges Hotel, New Delhi has appointed Tarun Dacha as Corporate Chef. Starting his professional career with the ITDC, Dacha has worked with the Hilton Group, The Marriott Group, Radisson Hotel Group, Old World Hospitality and Sarovar Hotels & Resorts Group. He was the youngest winner of Golden Hat in 2014 and Silver Hat in 2012. At The Claridges Hotel he intends to develop cuisines that follow the best food practices gathered during his many travel experiences.
