Susanta Mitra has been appointed as the Executive Chef of Mercure Lavasa and Lavasa International Convention Centre managed by AccorHotels. A hotel management graduate from the Bangalore University, he has been with the hospitality industry for over eight years. During this time he has worked with hotel chains like Hilton, ITC, Radisson and Starwood.
