Sunil Menon has been appointed as Executive Chef at Four Points by Sheraton, Pune. He started his career as a brand chef at Tablez – The Food Company, a sister concern of Lulu International. He has also worked as an executive chef of Oakwood Residence Prestige Whitefield Bangalore, India, as head chef for Las Iguanas in Stratford and as a sous chef of Costa Pacifica in Italy. At Four Points by Sheraton, Pune his responsibilities involve in-menu development and maintaining updated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold in the F&B operations.
