Shreeharsh Bhandari has joined Panchshil Realty as CTO. During his two-decade career, he has worked with reputed hotel chains including Taj Hotels and Resorts and Marriott International, and has completed over 200 hotel and mixed used projects throughout Asia Pacific. In his new role, Bhandari will lead Panchshil’s long-term technology strategic vision and objectives, including heading its digital transformation journey, translating the company’s business plan into a technology, product, and services roadmap.
Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for increased development efficiency and achieving bigger dream is what he believes in, and therefore, he will implement cognitive computing to improve project process, procurement management, supply chain management and facility management. He would also lead to improve the existing transaction-based sale system to AI driven system, which would not just provide a dashboard or a report but a prescription for next action. Apart from IT, Bhandari will head the Integrated Building Management System and automation. He plans to leverage IoT and Voice Assistance for Panchshil’s luxury projects.
