Shiv Parvesh is Head Chef at Hyatt Amritsar

Shiv Parvesh has been appointed as Head Chef of Hyatt Amritsar. A BA from Delhi University, he also has a degree in hospitality management from the Delhi Institute of Hotel Management and catering technology and did his post-graduation in kitchen management from the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development. He started his culinary career in 2004 at the Oberoi New Delhi. Over the years, he has worked and trained in over 17 restaurants and eight hotels in The Oberoi Group as well as its flight service. His last stint was as senior catering manager and product development chef at Jet Airways.
