Le Meridien Gurgaon Delhi NCR has appointed Sanjay Gupta as General Manager. He joins this property after a successful stint at Le Meridien Jaipur for four years, prior to which he was instrumental in establishing Le Méridien Coimbatore, the 100th Le Méridien hotel globally for the brand.
In his previous roles, Gupta has worked with The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts and Trident Hotels, Mumbai as F&B manager. He has also been associated with Grand Hyatt, Radisson Hotel, Hilton and Hyatt Regency in Delhi. Along with a diploma in Hotel Management from Kolkata’s Institute of Hotel Management, Gupta has also completed the Management Development program, Economic Tools for Better Business Planning at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
Speaking at Gupta’s appointment, Sanjay Sharma, market VP, Marriott International said, “We have high expectations from him and I have no doubt that with his passion, commitment and a long gradient of achievements behind him, he will do a fantastic job with Gurgaon property as well.”
