Sandeep Singh is F&B Director at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi

The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi has appointed Sandeep Singh as F&B Director. He has worked with The Leela Hotel & Resorts, The Oberoi Group, Hyatt Hotels and was a part of the Shangri-La’s Eros New Delhi. In his present role, Singh will be responsible for ensuring optimal functionality of the restaurants from all possible facets, including the front service and the back culinary end. His expertise in the food and beverage realm is extremely instrumental in overlooking liquor inventory, menu rotations and wine lists which forms a part of his current responsibilities.
