Pawan Kumar is Talent and Culture Manager at Mercure Lavasa and Lavasa International Convention

Pawan Pawar has joined Mercure Lavasa & Lavasa International Convention Centre by AccorHotels as Talent and Culture Manager. During his 14-year career, he has worked with various companies including Panoramic Group, P&O Cruises, Taj Group Hotels, etc. He has also worked as a lecturer for four years and his last assignment was with Keys Hotels. An MBA in HR from Mahatma Gandhi University and a hotel management graduate from IHM Mumbai, Pawar is a certified hospitality trainer from American Hotel & lodging Educational Institute.
