Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa has appointed Chef Francisco Domingo Canzano as Executive Chef. Holding a culinary diploma from Argentina’s Gato Duma’s School, he started his career with Restaurant Katrine in Buenos Aires.
He joined the Hyatt family in 2003 at Park Hyatt Paris Vendome and has also worked with Park Hyatt Milan, Park Hyatt Palacio Duhau Buenos Aires. His previous assignment was with Grand Hyatt Doha where he held the position of Executive Sous Chef
