Kunal Gautam is Sous Chef de Cuisine at Courtyard Marriott, Ahmedabad

Chef Kunal Gautam has joined Courtyard Marriott, Ahmedabad as Sous-Chef de Cuisine.  He has garnered almost a decade-long experience in some of the top hospitality kitchens across the world and his strengths are preparing dishes integral to Northern and Southern India, China as well the Mediterranean and European regions. He was earlier with the Four Points by Sheraton at Dubai, heading a team of 15 people before taking on this assignment.
