Raju Bharat’s Kenilworth Hotels has teamed up with alcobev marketers Tulleho for The Kenilworth Tulleeho Bartending Academy (KTBA) in Kolkata.
The KTBA offers a two month bartending mastery course for anyone interested in a career in beverages. On the cards is a five day mixology essentials course hospitality professionals and a range of one day KTBA cocktail master courses focussing on cocktails in different beverage categories. All courses launch this month.
To mark the launch of KTBA, an inter-hotel management college competition was held, which was won by Akshit Rao of IIHM, Kolkata.
The courses will be conducted at the Kenilworth Hotel in Kolkata. The two month course will be taught part-time from 15:00 to 18:00 hrs, Monday to Friday through a mix of classroom lectures and practical demonstrations. A total of 36 sessions will be conducted. The University College of Gastronomy Stockholm is also a partner in the venture.
