Jef Foster is Executive Chef at Grand Hyatt Mumbai

Jef Foster has joined the Grand Hyatt Mumbai family as Executive Chef. His last assignment was at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill as executive chef. Foster started his career 25 years ago at a restaurant in Sunset Beach California. He has travelled worldwide with various Hyatt brands such as Long Beach California, Maui Hawaii, Belgrade Serbia, before his first assignment in India at Grand Hyatt Mumbai
