He also introduced online audits and ensured that the hotel was video conference-ready for business travellers who wanted fully HD video conferencing facilities.
This aside, he oversaw the installation of WiFi-enabled lockers, and ensured that the staff gymnasium, library and dining area were also WiFi-enabled. Deployment of these solutions helped increase the hotel’s business operational efficiency
