Hyatt Bangalore appoints Amit Thapliyal as Head Chef

Hyatt Bangalore has appointed Amit Thapliyal as head chef. He completed his culinary craftsmanship from Intercontinental the Grand, New Delhi in 1999 and has amassed over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Thapliyal has worked with brands across India and Middle East like The Radisson Blue at Noida, Taj Palace at Dubai and Holiday Inn at Abu Dhabi. His first experience with the Hyatt Family was in 2006 when he joined Park Hyatt Dubai as a chef de partie. He later moved to Grand Hyatt Goa in 2011 as chef de cuisine and subsequently advanced to becoming executive sous chef in 2015 before joining Hyatt Bangalore
