The Hotel & Restaurant Association of Northern India (HRANI) will hold its first convention between September 23 and 25, 2011 at Ista Amritsar. The theme of the convention is ‘Vision 2020’, which aims to discuss various problems that the hospitality industry currently faces and would face in the near future.
“We expect around 400 delegates for the event. The convention will have business sessions, seminars and discussions conducted by professionals from the industry. Topics for the convention would vary from tips on making property eco-friendly, tapping franchising opportunities with global chains, training staff and new management mantras etc. However, we are still to finalise on speakers and topics for the event,” informed SM Shervani, President, HRANI.
