Harshad Nalawade has been appointed as the F&B Manager at JW Marriott Pune. In this role, he will be instrumental in processes such as Restaurant Operations, Guest Experience Management, Administration, Revenue Forecast, F&B Strategy, Concept Promotions, Cost Control, Beverage Initiatives, HR and Training.
A JW Marriott protégé, he began his career with JW Marriott Mumbai 12 years ago as a bar associate at Enigma nightclub, before moving to Pune to open Mi-A-Mi, JW Marriott as restaurant manager in 2011. He accelerated his growth by successfully handling the hotel’s properties like Paasha, Alto Vino and Bar 101 with strategic promotions, social media marketing and guest experiences.
