Chef Gopi Nandakumar has been appointed as the Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Mumbai and joins them from the Hyatt Regency Kathmandu. He has spent 14 years in the culinary industry and has worked across the globe in Australia, Nepal.
In India, he has worked in properties in Chennai, Bangalore, Pune and Mumbai. He joined the Hyatt family in 2010, and has been integral to the launch and success of many restaurants at those hotels
