He worked with his team to ensure that the F&B revenue and restaurant covers increased by 26.9 percent and 19.3 percent, respectively above the 2015 budget.
He was also instrumental in ensuring that the property got 100 percent in brand standard audit, which is the highest Starwood rating globally, and 98 percent security audit, which put it amongst the top three hotels in the South Asian region, while the food hygiene and safety audit stood at 99 percent, which is the highest in South Asia for the company. Additionally, the property was ranked #3 out of 649 Bengaluru hotels by TripAdvisor, primarily driven by positive reviews received for the buffet spread at Nook Restaurant
