Les Roches has introduced the Executive MBA program for global hospitality management. It comprises 12 months education and a capstone project. There are two intakes in a year, one in April and one in October.
The program has four online modules, combining topics that are key components of a modern hospitality leader’s toolkit. They include digital transformation, sustainability, revenue and demand management, data analytics, corporate finance, organizational change management, and much more. As an additional benefit, this program exclusively offers one to one executive coaching provided by a specialist consultancy.
The minimum age of the applicants should be 28 years, and they should have a University degree with 8 years of professional experience. They can study while remaining in their current role; learning at a pace where they can balance with their professional commitments.
The course involves 14 to 18 remote study hours per week. It will have one-week of Face to Face engagement where one week is in Crans Montana, Switzerland and the other week is in Dubai.
