‘Learn, Grow, Enjoy’ was the motto that kept us going in 2022

The Year Gone By

The year 2022 was an amazing year which, unfortunately, started with the outbreak of Omicron leading to the initial months of business goals and expectations not being met.

But with an ease in regulations, business took a move forward from the month of March owing to a lot of wedding plans being executed. However, that did not last long. The year saw tremendous fluctuations.

Nevertheless, it was a wholesome year with different experiences, learnings and experiments. 2022 provided us a chance to witness any and every aspect that a business goes through and it was truly great to watch our team break every benchmark that we ever created.

We, as a team, kept our momentum going by following Accor’s “Learn, Grow and Enjoy” concept.

What 2023 Brings With It

As for what to expect in 2023, world scenarios keep transforming, and especially keeping in mind the current circumstances around the globe, the future journey seems quite unpredictable. We are, however, being mindfully positive about the exposure that our property receives due to its positioning in the center of Juhu, an upmarket area in Mumbai.

Our goal for the New Year is to be as sustainable and our resolution is to go ‘completely single-used plastic-free’ to protect nature and give back to the environment.

We believe that sustainability is the future to adapt to and protect our nature for the generations to come. The most important lesson in the field of hospitality is to put our best foot forward in superseding the guests’ expectations while also ensuring to satisfy our whole team’s needs.
