According to a recent survey, wellness-minded passengers account for almost 40% of all travellers, yet up to 17 million of these travellers find it challenging to keep active and eat healthily when on the road. A hotel that focuses on health and wellness may also encourage customers to calm down, unplug, and take better care of themselves.
