The pop-up Wok By The Bay restaurant comes live every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7pm to 11pm.

Travelers and locals at Goa can experience the best of Chinese flavors with magical sea views right in the heart of Panjim city as Goa Marriott Resort and Spa launches its first top-notch Indo- Chinese pop up outdoor restaurant’. Wok by the Bay.

Located on the South Central Lawns overlooking the Miramar beach, the pop-up restaurant comes live every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7pm to 11pm. Diners can savor a mélange of flavors and textures inspired by timeless culinary traditions for a gastronomic extravaganza.

With a mystical evening waiting for them under the starry sky with soothing music, an assortment of delectable delicacies will be prepared and served to guests for a soul satiating experience. They can start with a creamy Tom Yum soup, a Thai tangy broth spiced with lemongrass, galangal, finished with lemon juice to the hotel’s all-time favorite Manchow soup to give a kick-start to their evening.

The appetizers include Golden Fried Prawn, Peppered Sesame Chicken, while the mains include Mopa Tofu, Kung Pao Chicken and Make your noodles. They can save the best for the last with the Darsan dessert, which is fried noodles with honey and sesame served with ice cream.

Executive Chef, Dibyendu Roy said, “A recipe has no soul. You, as the cook, must bring soul to the recipe.” At Wok by the Bay, guests can experience not only the mouthwatering Asian food but also get to witness the preparation at the live kitchen.
