Elroy Tulkar has been appointed as Director of Operations at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center. He began his career with Taj Exotic, Goa as assistant restaurant manager. He has also been extensively associated with Hyatt Hotels India, where he has worked with Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa and Grand Hyatt Dubai. Prior to joining Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel and Convention Center, he was cluster executive assistant manager – F&B, and marketing at Jumeriah Hotels – Al Seef by Meraas Dubai.
In his role, he will oversee the day-to-day activities of the hotel and lead the management team in planning and strategising operational and administrational aspects. As the Director of Operations, he will be focused on improving guest satisfaction and developing strategies to increase operational efficiency and creating productive working environments for the team. His expertise lies in bringing an innovative approach into his management skills and maintaining a high level of excellence in all tasks.
