Debyani Bhattacharya is an L&D Professional with over 16 years of experience in wellness, hospitality, hotel pre-openings, human resources, and consultancy and pharmaceutical sales with hands-on knowledge of modern L&D tools and CRM systems.
She has worked with reputable organizations like HealthifyMe, Hyatt, Ma foi, Nicholas Piramal and Stedman. Bhattacharya is back with Accor after having been with them for six years at Novotel ibis Bengaluru Techpark, ibis Hosur Road, ibis City Centre, Novotel Kolkata, ibis Kolkata and Novotel Hyderabad Airport respectively.
A classical kathak dancer, she describes herself as a Jane of all trades and loves to read and listen to music besides being a foodie at heart. She believes Peoplelology is all about consistent upskilling and learning that results in progress for both an individual and the organization.
