Kodali’s core responsibilities will include planning and implementing of the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy, maximizing hotel’s revenues and exploring business development opportunities.
A graduate in Business Administration with a Master’s degree, Srikant comes with over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
He started his Marriott journey with the Goa Marriott Resort & Spa in 2014 as an Assistant Sales Manager and moved through the ranks within the organization. In his last assignment, Srikant was the Director of Sales at the JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, leading the sales center and proactive efforts at the hotel.
On his appointment, General Manager of Aloft Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, Sita Lekshmi, said, “We are elated to have Srikant with us.
