Prior to the joining of Sarovar Hotels and Resorts, his last assignment was with Radisson Hotel Agra as a Director of Sales & Marketing
With a humble career start as a Sr. sales executive, over these years he has worked with various brands in India, like Radisson Blu Agra, Nadesar Palace; The Gateway Hotel, Varanasi and at Crystal Sarovar Premiere, Agra.
In his leisure time, Kaushik loves to go out on long drive with Family and cook food for them.
