Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram has appointed Kallol Saha as the Director of Human Resources. In his new role he would be responsible for overall administration of recruitment, strategic Human Resource Managment, Training and development, employee engagement and retention.
Prior to joining Crowne Plaza Gurugram, Saha held the position of Director Human Resources at Radisson Blu Dwarka New Delhi. With over 15 years of demonstrated experience in human resource management, he has been a part of major hospitality brands. He started his career with Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa and moved on to Crowne Plaza Today Gurgaon as a pre-opening team member. He has previously been associated with brands like The Leela Kempinski, Gurgaon, The Westin Gurgaon & Sohna, The Westin Mumbai Garden City and The Leela Ambience Gurgaon Hotel & Residences.
He started his expedition in hospitality industry after graduating in Bachelors of Hotel Management from PES Institute of Hotel Management. He holds Post Graduate Certification in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur & is a Certified Human Resources Professional from SHRM.
Kallol is known for being a self-motivated and vibrant leader who brings with him a fresh yet culture-oriented approach. He is passionate about travelling and watching movies.
